Try Sleep II, full resist. (On Darksday. With +19INT, +10 Enfeebling, and capped skill. >_>
Absorb-ACC while he's wasting time with Water II.
Stun, creating an opening for Drain II.
Guillotine when he comes in range (504). Pop Blood Weapon + Last Resort and trade blows. I was keeping fairly healthy. The switch to evasion gear (SH in place of Hauby, Drone earrings over Spikes) combined with the absorbed ACC made him miss twice, which was welcome.
Used a Vile Elixir to make up the HP difference.
Weapon Bash once I see Maat's Blood Weapon. HP's good, so I take the chance to Souleater+Guillotine (897).
Maat's stun wears off, and he lands BW hits for 363 (crit) and 202.
Somewhere in there, I pop the Memoirs for the full-heal, Icarus Wing for TP, Guillotine again (only 573 this time).
Maat decides to waste time on Absorb-CHR, giving me an opening for a Vile+1.
We trade a couple blows, and my HP's low again, so I time Drain after a melee round, which lands for 266 and the fight is mine.

BOO. FUCKING. YEAH.

So I've only got a couple more panties I need to trade in to get the whole set. One of those is the THF panties, which become a Raparree Harness, which is made of awesome.

It doesn't seem like folks are spamming Assaults like they had been for a while, which likely means folks have lots of tags just lying about!

Why not put them to use, then, in trying to get some suparcool gears?

I'd like to form a weekly Nyzul static that would do 3 (maybe 4) runs a night. Likely, a night would consist of two runs on one player's disc to try to get as high a level as possble, and two runs on other players' discs to farm tokens and/or lower-floor gear.

So! If you're interested, respond with your 70+ jobs (75+merits are preferred, though options are always welcome), when you'd be available, what existing Nyzul resources you have (floor clearance and tokens) and what pieces of Askar/Goliard/Denali gear you're interested in (ideally, in order of preference.)

Chesh really wants this to be on Mondays, so I'm suggesting we start after this Monday-Static that yinz are on about ends. (From what I am to understand, that will be soon?

In any event! We have 6 members, and four of them are (cat)s! Not my record, but I'll do what I can with it.
Lothiriel > Me me! 75 RNG NIN DRK 61 BLM (should be a useful level within a couple months). Sun Mon Tues night work as long as I know in advance (Mon Tues probably better than Sun). I have floor 5 clearance and just a handful of tokens, only been on a couple of runs. Looking over the gear... maybe A-legs, D-feet, D-Hands, G-Hands, G-Feet? I'll have to narrow it down... Hakhi > I think me too. BRD 75, WAR 74 (hopefully 75 tonight), PLD 74 (working on it in campaign). Tuesday nightst better for the next few weeks since still have monday static next week (although I think we'll hit 40 soon). floor zero, don't *think* I have any tokens. haven't had a chance to look at gear but if we start I'll get a grip on it. Sivara > 75 WAR, 75 BST, any of those nights are fine (I'll have to shift duoing around, but no big deal), I don't know how many tokens I have or what floor, but I've only done Nyzul 2 or 3 times. As for equipment, A-Body, A-Legs (pretty nice for BST). (08/03/28 23:55)

Nimbex > Hmm, if Ebin's going to be Nyzulling on Mondays, then I guess Wednesday static will stay on Wednesdays and not move over to Mondays. I don't think there's a problem with that, though. (08/03/31 17:38)
