Well, this is it for me.
It's been nice, I had fun, but my adventure in Vana'diel ends here. <3 I don't have the free time nor do I even want to tackle the new challenges. Some people do, and I'm sure they'll have a blast... but it's over for me. There are other things for me to do and the thought of having to grind to 99, regear my characters, etc, etc.... just ugh, it doesn't fill me with joy. Just thinking about it makes me feel discouraged. It's time I don't have, and even if I did... do I really want to spend it all on a game? No, probably not. I think I've done that enough already. So better to pack up and leave. I don't blame SE for anything. If you have time and wish to spend it on the game, it's A LOT of things to look forward to, I'm sure!

I take all my good memories with me. I met a bunch of wonderful people. You guys all rock. Thanks for the great 4 years. Who knows, we might see each other again one day!

This just made my month, haha. Come to me Roundel Earring, Marduk Feet and Cleric's Belt. WE'LL BE ONE BIG HAPPY FAMILY. Well I need other things for my WHM, but still. Nice to hit around 904 on Cure V.

Now all my jobs got some love this week!

Since my last update, my BRD hit 75. <3! Working on the buffer now and then I'll start on the merits. Actually, knowing myself, I'll probably get the buffer to around 20k~30k and then start on the merits, haha. I feel terrible with none. So that's my 3rd job to 75 and probably my last for a -very- long time. There's just too much work left to do on all three of my jobs (what can I say, I'm picky) and I don't want to start anything new until I'm fully satisfied. It's just nice to finally be there with BRD!

Did a little bit of everything during the past few weeks. AoE remade the shell and the pearl is now a lovely purple/pink, hahaha. This probably amuses me more than it should (it's cuter than army green!). Was invited to some Salvage runs and I got the Marduk feet (15). If I had to pick something to make first, it would probably be the feet ('sup 10MND) though I pretty much like all the pieces. We also FINALLY climbed more floors in Nyzul. Never thought the day would come, but it finally did. Just need to keep it up. Could really use some Goliard Clogs for my BRD. Which also reminds me to get Zeni so I can try to get Oracle Pigaches off Nuhn. My BRD truly needs more love and I shall be working on that.

While leveling my BRD, I had broken the latent on my staff for Retribution so Ren and I went off to duo the NM for it this week. It wasn't a very hard WSNM, it was actually nice and easy, so now I get to toss my staff at enemies, yay! Speaking of duoing, Ren later asked if I wanted to duo Kotan-kor Kamuy for a Cradle Horn (CHR+1, Lullaby+2). I wasn't sure if we could duo it, Kotan is a lvl80 Hyppogryph that hits like a truck, but I decided to just try it. We went as THF and SMN. It took a long time, but we killed it (once we figured out how to handle it, it wasn't bad at all). Jerk dropped nothing on our first try, so we decided to come back again later... and it dropped! 1/2 on Cradle Horn, woohoo! So long Mary's Horn!

I did some MMM for the first time this week. Sigyn asked if anyone was willing to help with some Dhal NM after Dynamis, figured I'd give it a shot. We didn't even get a chest. Never knew MMM could be so stingy. But it was nice to try it out. The only thing I'd possibly want from a maze is the hMP torque, though I don't think I went through all the possible rewards yet so there might be more. Also poked Vivi's little sister (Cassie). Did I mention I hate Malboros? Because I do. I have now went through two Fay Crozier for my SMN. :| I have the worse luck ever with those augments. Oh well, I won't give up! One day I'll get that dumb Perp -3... and hopefully the other augments won't suck, augh.

You did really well with Kotan-kor Kamuy! XD <3 Those brief seconds of tanking, is purely based on luck, at times x_x Kotan is THF, so there's no telling if the first hit is a single, that strips 1 shadow, and the next is a 'triple attack' and strips the last two and smacks me with enSTUN on the last. :x Pretty much why I needed a "full" Fenrir for every stop. But you did wonderfully and you earned your horn to the fullest! <3 As for MMM, we could try and do mine, just to earn marbles for now, to design our own maze that you need. X3 It's was great Sigyn could get his dagger and nice of him to offer to give me the next one too. I have no good dagger for THF and Ermine's would be a pretty decent upgrade, and it's neat-looking too. :D And I'm sure we can always find people, to do Fay weapons with. The past few days have been productive! On Saturday, Morlock pocked me and asked if Ren and I would be interested in joining him and a few more people to finish the Bastok missions. We obviously joined in! Beanie came to help out with the rank9 ones so we cleared it all in one night, yay! Since I'm now rank10 in all nations, I picked up my stuff and moved back to Sandy. Home sweet home. Nothing like hearing bagpipes when you step out of your MH.

I got to lvl74 on my BRD on Sunday. One more to go! Already got my merits all planned out so I can't wait to get to 75. I really enjoy BRD, and I wouldn't care if I was asked to show up as BRD to all events, haha. I'm not even kidding. We were gonna do ZNMs with AoE later on but not enough people showed up. It wasn't a bad thing since I need to gather more zeni myself. We weren't gonna do anything special but Kat mentionned that she wanted to change the augments on her ASA pants so off we went to re-do the final fight. We ran into Beanie and another person who were also interested in doing the fight. Told her we'd clear it once and then help out. Had a wipe both times, but we won in the end so people got their pretty pants. :D Yay! While waiting for people to be done with their cutscene, Kat, Che and I summoned the great Cerbuncle. He is the mascot of our Pretty Summoner Squad (TM). You don't wanna mess with that thing!

Monday was Limbus. I was gonna log once it was over, but someone asked if he could get help with Voluptuous Vivian. I had never poked that thing, so I figured why not? Of course the dumb NM is a Malboro which automatically means that I HATEHATEHATE it. Hated that thing ever since I first encountered one playing the FF game series. I remember wishing they wouldn't be in XI. We won but it unfortunately didn't drop. I did get a new title, though! Wish I had time to do more! Just glad I got to do a few more things than usual. Was a nice week overall. Also got some really nice comments about stuff~ haha. ;_; Some people are just too nice.
Beanie > Vivian can go to hell, IMO. Once upon a time when we only had original and Zilart zones to XP in people would XP near her spawn point and sometimes accidently pop her and then ruin a perfectly good camp. Then some cheeky "HNMLS" would show up and try to kill her and then wipe. Repeat the hilarity for 3-4 hours =.= For all the XP lost (both trying to kill her and in lost XP camp), Die, Vivian, DIE! TaU44 was last night and we won! On our first try too! It took us 43 minutes but overall it was... easy?! I don't know, I heard so many horror stories about that fight that I was expecting something much worse than that. MP was tight in the end, but I don't think we came close to a full wipe. Except maybe when the last boss was down to around 2% and he flipped out and used a crazy AoE. Everyone did great. <3 It's nice to finally be done with all missions. Well, until they release more WotG that is!

Got my dumb glory crown back and picked Balrahn's Ring. Good for my BRD and I can use it in some of my WHM macros (Repose, Enfeebles). It's obviously also awesome for Salvage. My BRD hit 73 last night, only 2 more to go! And just for the record, Zirnitra is evil. Eviiiiil. But it's fun to poke... yet painful at the same time. Terribly painful. That "draw in" move is probably the most unfair thing I ever witnessed. It's pretty cheap! Fun fight still, though.

RoZ: KO'd by the finish. But not this one! D:< I really felt my PLD/RDM could shine through in that final fight, even though it was hard on the MP. XD; Helped when I learned that high-damage ranged move, was actually 'physical', making Sentinel come in handy, while not wasting time to cast Stoneskin until after it used it, cause it would only interrupt me. I hit 72 on my little BRD tonight which means.... MANTEEL! YAYAYAYAY! Yea, I'm overly excited over a piece of gear but it looks cute, haha. I remember when I first saw someone wearing it, I was wondering what the heck it was (and the job) and I thought it looked quite nice! Different from the usual mage stuff. I wanted this before I even unlocked BRD, so it was nice to finally put in on tonight. Couldn't have done it without Ren. <3<3! Also got to wear Muffin Hat v2.0, I must say it goes nicely with the Manteel colour-wise.

This week has been nice for both Ren and I. Did an Omega with AoE on Monday and the legs went to Ren! Then we did an Ultima on Thursday and I got the head (makes me 3/5 on Nashira)! It came in as a surprise since I didn't expect to be allowed to lot at all. How nice of them! It went straight into my Repose macro (and Dark Arts) for my WHM. Repose got a lot of love since I also bought an Apollo's Staff for my BRD. Was debating between HQ Staves and Singing Earring but with the earring being 1M and all, I think I'll keep it for last. Most of the things I'm missing on BRD are rare/ex anyway so it's not too far down the list.

Went to Bastok tonight with Howitzer and I ended up getting BST body since it was freelot. Funny enough, this makes me 4/5 BST even though I'm only BST1. I'll be working on that after BRD. It will be purely for fun. At first I was gonna go with RDM, but since I OCD over things like getting the best gear/merits, I figured it wouldn't be a good idea, ha. So BST it is! The AF is adorable (sheep hat!) and I dig that lvl70 outfit. But still got quite a lot of work to do on BRD (and WHM and SMN, really) first.

Merry Christmas everyone!
Kept meaning to update but stuff happened and aaaah, let's just not go there. It's all good now anyway. I have a poor memory and can't remember what happened since my last update, but I have a screenshot of Kirin in my folder so I guess Kirin was involved! Things have been pretty quiet so far. Got some help for Bastok 5-1 yesterday and we got to rank7 last night. 5-1 was the only thing standing in our way since everything else seems to be duo-friendly (or at the very least, we like to try. Sandy could be completely duo'ed which was neat). Guess we'll get Bastok out of the way soon and once I get my Aketon, I'll move back to Sandy. I won't have to bother with the Bastok hMP club afterall, I just hit 0/5 on Soulflayer, uuuugh. Back to T1.

I've been working on BRD since Ren got me my Manteel for Christmas, ashjashdajdga. EXCITEMENT. It's the cutest thing ever! Except I can't wear it yet, hahaha. Guess what I'm gonna be working on from now on? This is the motivation I needed to finish my BRD. <3 I just felt like I had nothing to look forward to but now I do! /NIN37 will come after BRD75 because I can't afford those scrolls (I did some of the quests on my WHM and sold them forever ago). I was also saving for an Aristo but I'm considering just buying HQ Light and Earth staves for my BRD first since Aristo was jacked up to 4M~6M (for 2% over Noble's. Yea, it's 2% but 4M~6M? Geez). HQ Light can be used on my WHM for my Repose macro too. My BRD just really needs those (and my WHM really needs Aristo too, I guess. Decisions, decisions). Then there's singing earring. I need to win the lotto on XI. :c Maybe I shouldn't be thinking about all the stuff I should have for my jobs, the list is probably too long, meep! I should look into Ein again since I'd quite like an Aslan Cape (Cure V macro) and an Omega Ring. 'Least I got my choker!

Cleared Shantotto with Ren last night. It all started when he asked what I wanted to do and I jokingly replied that I wanted my Shantotto pants.

... well okay, maybe it wasn't that much of a joke.
I just didn't think we could actually get it done. I headed to WG to look at the shouts and it turned out that someone was making a party for the Full Moon BC and that they were 4/6! That one was pretty easy. AF didn't even break my Cure III SS so yea. Guessing 5/5 Shellra V and 5/5 Barspells (come to me Merciful Cape so I can finish this set, auuuugh) were somewhat helpful. One party member had to leave after but we decided to start collecting our Hexes and try the final BC anyway. Changed to SMN and headed to Uggalepih.

Hexes are annoying. I hate gathering them. I'm so glad you DON'T need them anymore if you're just helping, I'd probably scream and go insane. We gathered them once and since we were still 5/6 at that point, Elizara offered to come help. Our leader decided to rush in without waiting for her. Yea, that wasn't the best idea. Wiped to the first boss when it was at 1%. Eli joined us after,and off we went to recollect Hexes. I think we had the worse luck possible. We'd end up aggroing ENTIRE rooms in Rancor's Den. I don't want to see a Mousse ever again. We went into the BC one last time and won so hooray. <3 Happy ending! Thanks again Eli! Garuda really dominates in this BC. 4 SMN was pretty good. I picked Tatsumaki pants and went with Cure Potency+5% and MP+25/ENM-4. I didn't go with speedy pants after all. There's always Herald's Gaiters if I ever want movement speed that badly (not that I can afford them but hey). The 2nd option was just motivated by the career WHM in me, what can I say.

Yes, that's a Hierarch Belt on that SS. q_q I do use Penitent's on Cures and whatnot, I promise (especially once I use up all the MP from Hierarch). I just have the worse luck with Cleric's Belt, including losing to people with WHM retired or pratically retired (That one hurts a little. By a little, I mean a lot). Really need to work on Aristo (ugh went from 2M to 4M) and Roundel Earring (as if). Marduk's Crackows would be nice too but probably even harder to get.

Don't think I ever posted since the update. Like everyone, I've been checking out the new NMs. 0/3 on Rampawhatshisface so far but I haven't been really dedicated. This will change now. Gotta love making people flip out by showing up to camp, mwahaha. I just want new SMN toys to play with! Yesterday, I decided to give the flytrap a chance so Ren and I spent the day in Aydeewa. There is NO love for that little guy, I swear. We had competition once and I don't think the guy even tried to claim. Went 0/5 and called it a day. Came home late tonight and headed there after doing a /sea and seeing no one in zone. Got there and the trap was dead but decided to wait and see if someone would show up for next spawn. No one ever did so we claimed it once it popped and it ended up dropping my crown, yay~ 1/6 on the stupid thing but Fenny's Crown is now mine! :D It's pretty easy to kill. P.Claw'ed it to death while sharing hate with Ren's THF. I only got Blizzaga'ed to death once. Don't really need Shiva boots since I won't unlock Heavenly Strike. I'm wearing my BFF's ring on this screenshot (Diverter's Ring)! Need to find people to do a Fay Crozier run so I don't have to carry all my staves around anymore (+ the other stats would be nice too!).

I'm 0/4 on that Souflayer ZNM. It's just not dropping the hMP shield. What a jerk. I guess it's because I called it a squid. 1 pop left so hopefully it will drop or it's back to T1 all over again, aaah. I'm lazy with zeni so it better drop. Helped people with the final Shantotto mission, it was pretty fun! Can't wait to get my own pair of pants even though I still don't know what I want other than Cure Potency +5%. Eeeh, -enm/25mp or speedy pants? I have like -40ENM in my set so far (44, with my merits) and possibly more if Squid-face ever drops the shield so eeeh, I don't know.

Edit ]] So I was away for most of the day today, but Ren told me to just stay partied with him so he could kill Ramponneau for me. Got back home a bit earlier... and the belt was in my inventory. <3!!! Isn't that incredibly sweet of him? I'm one spoiled SMN now! <3! 1/7 in total, I believe.

Happy Hallowe'en! Have some bats!
This week has been rather productive. On Thursday, Ren helped me gather my signatures for a WotG quest. After running around and getting the item for my last Gobbie bag, we decided that we'd try both BCs. As we got to Beaucedine, we ran into Dash, Talias and Madigan who helped us clear the first BC. Always nice to get random help. <3 And then off we went to clear the last one. This means we're currently done with WotG. Aaah, I really love the cutscenes! I'm gonna be sad once it's all over.

Oh Thursday, Anomaly gathered for Limbus... and that's when we all realized that the shell was pretty much dead. We went from being able to clear more than one zone to... four of us constantly showing up. Limbus was also the only event we had left. Che and Wulf invited Ren and I to join ArmyOfEwoks which was really nice of them! Limbus will even be on the same days. Since Fridays are ZNMFridays for them, off to do ZNMs we went yesterday! Popped Gotoh, Armed Gears (I hate that thing, it's evil), Achamothx2 and then Nosferatu. Another shell was already doing Nosferatu and apparently someone from ours shot them while they were bats. ;;; From the sound of it, I don't think it seriously harmed them (was probably just a little joke) but yea, I had no idea and felt bad about it (I feel bad easily, ha). Otherwise things went smoothly (my SMN buffer suffered but I had fun). Trying to gather zeni so I can pop Mahjlaef. Did two of him with random WG people but he didn't drop a shield, boo.

I reaaaally need to play around more with SMN because I feel completely useless on the job right now. Like I should KNOW more but I just don't. I read a lot about it, watch videos but I guess nothing beats trying things out yourself. I was actually on SMN for all ZNMs yesterday so that was really different from being WHM 99.9% of the time. Not that there's anything wrong with that, I <3 WHM and overall, my WHM is better geared/merited. I'm much more comfortable on WHM than on SMN. Need to play SMN more, I guess!

I unfortunately don't get to play much lately but today I came online and it was my lucky day! Howitzer went to Tav and what I never expected to happen happened... a Summoner's Horn dropped (!!). I heard that in other shells, they're always dropping like mad but this is the first one that dropped ever since I joined Howitzer (and we do Xarc quite often). And um, I won the lot which means that I'm now 5/5 on SMN AF2. Wow, thanks guys! That was SO not expected. I was jokingly telling Ren that I'd lot a 2 or something on it but I won with a whooping 927. I really wanted that horn, haha. So thanks. <3 Tav was crazy as always and my lag didn't help. I did rather poorly tonight, ah.

FI then gathered to do the final Kupo mission. Ren was nice enough to run me through the minigames and as you can see, he mobbed everything in Xarc for the gauntlet part (my invisi wore rather quickly). That was funny to watch! But yes, both groups won so now we all have new shiny hats, yay! I went with the Selenian Cap and made my awesome cure hat (MND+4, Cure Potency +3%. MND+2, Fast Cast +2%). I unfortunately don't get to play with my new shiny toys tonight (sigh, too busy) but they'll be there waiting for me. Ohoh, I also have Tzee's ring on my SMN (Diverter's Ring). As you can see, we're truly BFF, ohohoho.

Anyhow, I was really pleased with Dynamis too X3 RDM completed and a BIG piece for THF. Also glad, that we all were able to figure out the MKdE fight and clear it, with minimal difficulty. Though the reward for me, isn't a BIG thing for my PLD... unless I'll start sure-shotting Vorpals for 500+ DMG >.> that'd be nice... like when I randomly do up to 600 on a Yag in Campaign-- but then goes back to 200-ish, bah :( But grats, love <3 Was quite a productive day! Yay, got BRD to 60 tonight! The AF is kinda cute but I'll be replacing most of it soon anyway. Gonna start working on that Opo Opo crown quest so that I can get that done and out of the way. Also need to camp some NM for a Ministrel's Coat and I still need Mary's horn. I'm gonna be busy! And since I'm 60, I decided that now is the time to take /NIN to 37. I'm not looking forward to it at all! Oh BRD, the things I do for you! I've been enjoying the job so far. It's pretty relaxing, haha. Capped all of my skills in Sea tonight. Took forever, I'm always gonna work on my string skills from now on, augh. I thought I would never cap it.

Limbus has finally been nice to me and it dropped BOTH SMN mats last week! I'm so happy! Turned them both in and I should be getting my AF1+1 feet this Sunday. I don't do much on SMN but it's still nice to get stuff for it. Lately I've been using it to get my BRD scrolls. Got the 15 piece for my Marduk Tiara in Salvage (I'm more worried about the -cost- than the items, really) and we also got turned into frogs! How cute. <3 I'm so easily amused. Defeated a Long-Armed Chariot and got the 'Moon Charioteer' title. New titles are always fun to get! Otherwise, haven't done much. Trio'ed Sandy 9-2 with Mert and Ren since Mert needed it. Still amazed at how useless a certain NPC is. Thinking of doing Bastok missions eventually. But yes, I've mostly been working on BRD. I really wish the Manteel was less expensive. I'd kinda like to have one ready (motivation!) but yea. At least I have my Muffin hat v2.0 waiting for me! Just gotta work on /NIN first...

I'm really nailing down a lot of things from my 'stuff I want to start doing in 2009' list! Ren and I were invited to do Salvage with a couple of people from Anomaly and well, we just couldn't say no to that! Had our first run tonight. It was a simple one to initiate us but it was fun (+ not everyone was able to make it tonight). I mean, I was nervous (as always when it comes to events) but it was quite enjoyable. Just somewhat freaky to run around with NOTHING at first. I kept reaching for my macros but they were obviously not doing anything. But yay for Salvage! This means the only thing we have yet to try is Nyzul (and I wouldn't mind doing Ein again). Put my name down for some Marduk stuff... which is not surprising since my jobs are WHM, SMN and BRD, eh.

Speaking of BRD, I've actually been working on it. Got it to 32. So probably gonna keep leveling it. Seems like such a useful job (And I do love it). All of that has been cheering me up since some stuff made me feel kinda down lately. Gotta focus on the good things, I guess! Anomaly is gonna start tackling the Yagudo SCNM soon'ish! They're the only ones we haven't fought yet so can't wait to see how that goes. Did the Orc BC this week and it dropped one of those (ugly) orc hats. The Yag one is clearly superior, haha. Limbus still hates me and still refuses to drop the SMN mats. One day, one day. Been working on a LONG overdue Aspir macro (finally managed to snag a Dark Torque). Ugh, I fail. Hahaha, seriously, why do people even let me WHM at events. It's a mysteryyy (or they're just that desperate). But I <3 you guys.

Well everything was new and moving on a square inch of ground, that someone hadn't touched, was off my limits (classic fear if messing up), resulting in me, passing the Cell's late (at least not TOO late, thankfully), but yeah, I'm in a learning curve X3; Kinda like how I forgot to pass up currencies/AF during the very first Dynamis in Jeuno, but now I pass them 3 minutes, prior to exit, so it's just a matter of getting it under the skin and learning. :P Nyzul and Einherjar would be wonderful too, yea o.o If I could just get my hands on a Brave Blade, even from just the starting floor, I'd go do some FoV's in Ro'Maeve for HOURS just to unlock it asap. X3; I'd love to try the Yag. SCNM too and their pre-farmed NMs. The Demon NM there, drops a Shark Strap, which would be wonderful to use while tanking JoL, for the extra enmity. It can be bought, but 300k last I saw, so meh. :( And lol wtf, based on the mere seconds that I'm debuffed, let alone the time that I'm kept alive during hectic scenarios, I'd say YOU are perfect as WHM. :< <3 (09/08/14 10:15)

So apparently Ren and I have Taru triplets. They all got my haircolour!
I haven't been up to a whole lot lately other than working on my SMN merits. I'm all done with the first group (hooray) but that means I must now tackle the second, bleh. Going 5/5 in two of them so that will take a little while. It just feels nice to get them out of the way now. I don't think I can focus on another job until I'm all done (sorry BRD).

Ren and I went Promy climbing since my last update and got all three slivers in one afternoon. Going there reminded me of how much I hate the promies, ah~ Such a creepy place. Still wish we could duo the ENM since the Summoning Earring is never around on the AH (and it managed to go from 300k to 600k, what). The day after our climb, Anomaly asked us if we wanted to do Apocalypse Nigh and um, obviously the answer was 'yes' and so we did! Fight was over pretty fast and I now have my Magnetic Earring. <3 Good times, was nice of them. Did an Ultima on Thursday and I got the Crackows! Gogo summoning skills for Elemental Syphon! Otherwise Limbus hates my SMN and just won't fork the AF mats over, sniff. At this rate, I'll end up looking like a Naja clone before it drops a single SMN AF item, I swear.

We started Kupo and we're on the final BC now. I must admit that I like Kupo more than ACP. The quests were far less annoying than I thought they'd be. That and the mogs are adorable. It would appear that most players lost their interest in campaign so we won't have Castle O after all. Boo. Back to saving a ridiculous ammount of money for the Roundel Earring... which might take forever since I'm always broke but um, yay for having a goal?

I really have mixed feelings about the latest update. Campaign feels incredibly broken thanks to Unions. It's overly crowded and it ends too fast. As someone who campaigns a lot, it saddens me a little. Some players are also being incredibly rude over items that aren't worth it. But on the other hand, this means that Windy will finally get a chance at owning Castle O which then means... Plucking Wings! I don't know if I'll find the people for it but having a shot at lotting on a Roundel Earring would be amazing. Would sure beat having to save up 4M~5M for the thing. Either way, gonna be nice to own the zone again. I haven't touched Kupo yet as I'm waiting for people to stop camping certain zones but I'll start it soon since I'd like to make my cure hat. Been working on WotG as well. Since Campaign is so busy, it's back to Sea with me in an attempt to get my last two flower organs for my Relaxing Earring.

Howitzer went to Valkurm yesterday and it rained AF and accessories (well sorta). I'm now convinced that the Cleric's Belt is a myth. Was still nice to see a lot of people getting what they wanted, though! A Summoner's Cape dropped but I didn't lot on it. I mean, I already have Astute and I just thought it would have been incredibly greedy of me to lot since Astute is an awesome cape. I honestly don't even think I'd ever switch it out for the Summoner's. No point in lotting on something just for the sake of 'having it' while others could put it to good use. I'm just glad one of those dropped! Yay SMN. <3

I've been rewarded this week myself. Last Sunday, Anomaly went off to Sea and we popped a JoL. It dropped both an Aura of Voracity and Adulation (ain't it nice?) and I was told to lot the Voracity. <3 So hooray for Novia! If there's something I'll never turn down, it's -enmity on WHM. Especially for CureIV. I celebrated by Holy'ing AV in the face and getting punched into the ground in return. Yay! Afterward, we headed to Sky where we poked Kirin and he dropped Fast Pants that went to Ren. I was incredibly happy for him since I knew he had been wanting them for a while. <3 As we checked the AH for Cursed Cuisses -1 (no luck), I saw... an augmenting earring! After spazzing out, I grabbed it, haha. I'm now one step closer to completing my barspell macro (come to me Merciful cape!). So that was quite a nice day. Also did some Chlevniks. On our last one, he stunned me and meteor'ed my face in as he died. I felt loved.

Ren and I had been attempting to duo ZM16 on RDM and SMN but we kept being unlucky with the 2nd part of the fight (kept dying when the boss was at around 40%). Thankfully for us, Mert and Jeni were both super kind and came over to help and we won. <3 So this cleared ZM for Ren, Mert and I. I forgot to take SS of the fight so you get this SS of Mert being himself. I apologize, your eyes might bleed a little(by a little, I mean a lot). Our first plan was to have Mert come in the BC dressed like this. I'm sure the boss would have freaked out and just died right away. This means that Ren and I are now set to go climb up Promies which we will try shortly. Guh, how I hate Promies! And oh, yes, changed how some of my WHM gear looks. Gotta love the Shiar!Noble~!

Been busy over the past few days but whenever I did log on, lots of stuff happened. First, did both Bahamut v1.0 and 2.0 with Anomaly! I'm a bit disappointed since I always thought the big guy would be challenging (I mean, it's BAHAMUT) but both fights took roughly 15 seconds. I'm not even kidding since Ren's 2hr wore off a little while after we exited the BC. We pretty much zerged him with an army of SAM and MNK. I kinda feel useless since all I do is buff all 3 parties, toss some hastes and if I'm lucky, I'll get to cure a person or two (didn't cure AT ALL in 2.0). But aaah, I'm happy I finally got to fight him in XI! Still sad I can't get him as an avatar for my SMN (he'd be awfully big, I guess). He dropped his mask and a Dragon Staff. Looking forward to fighting him again. Ren and I do 'Uninvited Guests' and 'Fire in the Sky' weekly so we're hoping to eventually get a Cloud Evoker out of it (drop rate is low but you never know!).

Finished the Sandy missions this week. Overall, Sandy was much easier than Windy. Ren and I managed to duo 5-2 up to 9-1 so that was neat! Natwo then asked us if we'd be interested in finishing the rank9 missions with him and his friends and so we did. Though as usual, if anyone still needs help with those missions, poke me. <3 Won't be doing Bastok anytime soon as I'd like to get my hands on the Sandy Aketon first. Got both WHM pieces from Limbus so dropped that off at the NPC yesterday. I wanted to +1 the hat for my Cure V macro but with the Kupo expansion coming soon, it's not all that worth it anymore since you can make an even better cure hat thanks to the augments. So decided to +1 the body for my enfeebling macro. Also did a couple of Reacton with FI. I think everyone got what they wanted from it which was real nice! Gonna have to farm zeni to buy the Achamoth pop now. I hope people will get what they wanted from that one as well!

Howitzer did Tav yesterday (and also last Tuesday) and, amazingly enough, another pair of WHM gloves dropped. I wasn't expecting it since it dropped last week (wasn't there for that run but Beanie got them, yay! <3!) but um wow, this makes me 5/5 on WHM AF2. Thanks guys. <3! Changed mainlot to SMN and I'm amused considering it's 4/5 already, haha. I don't want to lot on BRD things since it's going to give me something else to look forward to eventually (started working on BRD this week). Though there's still the WHM belt (gotta love hMP, MP and 6MND on one belt).

Finished MP merits. Started SMN ones but taking a small break to level BRD for now. I'll just switch back and forth between the two, I guess. BRD just seems like a useful job to have and I enjoy it. Though I hate leaving jobs 'unfinished' so I'll probably end up going back to merits, ha.

Got to poke someone I had not seen since my days as a WHM50'ish, Oreo! The wyrms tend to look rather... scary so I was nervous about doing 'Ouryu Cometh' but it went pretty smoothly (fought him twice). Seems more like an endurance thing than anything else. Anomaly plans on doing Bahamut v2.0 (after running people through Baha v1.0) so we're gathering orbs for it. I don't mind doing these multiple times since they're pretty fun fights. And big thing this week is that Ren surprised me with... an Errant Cape. <3! Been hunting down that cape for a while for my WHM but I've always been unlucky. So that was really sweet of him! WHM is coming along nicely. Took on clothcraft so that I'll be able to HQ pretty much all my things one day (longterm goal obviously). It won't make me better (ha, if only) but at least I'll fail at WHMing in style, haha. Today I'll go farm zeni to be ready for the Reacton fight with FI! Hopefully we'll get everything people wanted!

Attended a couple of Besieged lately and I finally capped Summoning Magic.

Yesterday, I did DM with Anomaly. We invited Merton, Mish and Tharpy (unfortunately, Tharp was unable to join us). It went pretty smoothly, I'd say. In fact, it wasn't very exciting in my party (main tank party). We did it using what they called the 'PLD/BLU Supertank Method' and just wow. I'm guessing /BLU is highly situational for PLD, but it was truly amazing for this. The main tank was basically holding ALL of them (except the BLM obviously) while someone would come get them one at a time and bring them to the 'kill party'. I rarely had to spam more than Cure III and his HP didn't drop much (his DEF was at something like 997). So that was fun to watch. And it's also more Zilart progress! The only hard thing was... picking my earring. I mean, I don't have any melee jobs nor do I ever plan on leveling one. It's just not for me. I ended up picking the Beastly Earring since I'd like to level BST as a side thing just for fun one day. I don't have any screenshot from DM that isn't spoilerific so um, have a picture of Cynoprosopi, Faffhog's little brother.
