Howitzer went to Jeuno on Saturday :o Yay Gobbies! We killed 'em good. So good that they were all dead by the time we went after the Mega Boss, every last one of them. And after the Mega Boss was killed we still had an hour and 10 minutes left on the glass. Sadly our momentum didn't carry us through to re-clearing the zone (we had a big wipe at the end), but it was still a very satisfying run. Resh got NIN footies to go 5/5 and BLM footies. Demandred got WAR hands that she immediately equipped and started using <3 Ren got THF footies. Jeni had DRK auto-lot to him I think >.>; And Naya got BRD slippers :o We got even more AF than that, but those were the highlights that I remember >.>b

After that we did a Nyzul and Askar gloves dropped and Northy won lot on those. We then did another 60, 80, and 40 without any drops. Well, I dropped on the 40 to Fafnir. Stupid wyrm D:

Dash asked us if we'd help his friend get Diabolos after Nyzul and so we scooted out to Pso'Xja. I fed Dash's COR 200TP and then got my own store back up before we engaged. It was a short, sweet, and surprising victory o.o; Diabolos Sleepga II'ed most everyone at the start, but I was woken 'cause I had hate, so I unloaded on him. Drax started up the Chainspell Stun and by the time I was done unloading I'd ripped 6341dmg out of his hide in Gekkos alone. Resh didn't get off any WS 'cause he was asleep. Tal woke up and did 2 WS, and Dash got the killshot with Slug Shot (using the TP I gave him >.>; ) It was after the fight that we learned that Diabolos has 9000HP o.o; So all by myself I tore 2/3rds of his HP off. I'm gonna strut around about that for a while, so don't mind me >.> /proud One of those Gekkos topped 1500dmg too. It was the last one I did with the TP from an I.Wing. I feel my 8k gil was well spent for that kind of damage turn around >.>b
Guppy > Is Diabolos affected by your Warding Circle in any way? (09/10/25 10:20)
Beanie > No, and I wish he was, but as an Avatar / Boss / SE-likes-exceptions-to-rules he doesn't count as a Demon as far as Warding Circle is concerned. On the other hand, I get away with Intimidating Imps and Soulflayers in addition to Kindred, so I guess I can't complain that much... (09/10/25 12:44)
